"The Remembrance" is a participatory theater installation for up to 10 players. What stories do the bricks hide in the walls of the houses we inhabit? Have you ever heard of Babylon? What distances have been crossed in your story and what do you see when you look back?
ABOUT ANNA DATIASHVILI
Anna Datiashvili is a performing artist and theater maker, with Georgian background and based in the Czech Republic. She works with performative works, puppet and object theatre, staging, performative concerts and immersive and audience-engaging performances. Her works are often inspired by her own refugee and minority background. In addition, she deals with themes and social agendas such as injustice, migration, integration, faith, and Anthropocene theory.

Milan Hrbek, MA, PhD. is a Slovak theatre critic and culturologist. He completed his master's degree at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Slovakia. In 2022, he completed his doctoral studies at the Institute of Theatre and Film Research, Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava, Slovakia. In his research, he focused mainly on the principles of decomposition and deconstruction in contemporary Slovak theatre. He is currently a lecturer and cultural worker at the Rosenfeld Palace in Žilina, Slovakia.
